Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

This was another painting inspired by a trip to Israel. It combines aspects of the old and new Israel and the overall themes of life and hope.

About Melanie Lewis
I'm an Austin artist, studying and working there since 1998. My work has been described as imaginative, colorful and sometimes quirky, and combines both realistic and abstract elements.
