This was painted to be part of the scenery of a production of Fiddler on the Roof held in Austin, TX, in 2014.
About Melanie Lewis
I'm an Austin artist, studying and working there since 1998. My work has been described as imaginative, colorful and sometimes quirky, and combines both realistic and abstract elements. I work mainly with acrylics and inks but I have also worked with oil paint. I currently show my work at Austin Artspace Gallery, Austin, TX. Check out my website for more artwork.
